PHOTOGRAPHY
Scheduling:
Please contact us via telephone (949.291.3436) no less
than 24 hours before your preferred shoot time. Please
allow 2-3 hours for photographing the property. Most
homes can be photographed in 1-2 hours although larger
properties may take longer.
The Shoot:
The homeowner or someone authorized by the homeowner
(the agent) should be present at the shoot to give
access to the home and to discuss any special
considerations such as what should be included or
excluded in shots.
Twilight shoot or repeat visit for exterior shots: Twilight shots are done between sunset and approximately 40
minutes after sunset. All lights in the home must be
turned on and there may be added lighting. Twilight
shots give a dramatic and elegant look to the home.
Pets:
Please make sure pets are contained during the shoot.
Pets are never included in photos and need to be out
of the way during the shoot.
Photo delivery:
Once the photos are shot they will be edited and
optimized for quality and delivered to you via the web
within 24-36 hours. You will receive an e-mail with a
link and instructions on downloading your photos. You
will receive both high resolution photos for printing,
and low resolution photos optimized for web use.
Photo Rights and Usage:
All photos produced for the client may be used by that
agent for all marketing associated with the current
sale of the property in accordance with local MLS
rules. Please note that the photos will be copyrighted
by the photographer and a license granted only to the
agent and NOT to any third party.
Any usage of the photos by a third party, including
but not limited to architects, builders, stagers,
designers, sellers or buyers is prohibited unless
approved in writing by the photographer.
FLOOR PLANS
will
create an interactive floor plan with pictures and/or
virtual tour hotspots. The interactive floor plan will
be presented in the form of a unique web link for each
property. Each floor plan will be reviewed by the
registered client prior to finalization. Such client
will be responsible for obtaining any necessary
permissions (including permissions from the underlying
property owners if applicable), prior to the linking
of the interactive floor plan to MLS listings or
client's web site. The registered client assumes all
responsibility for the use of floor plans after the
link has been posted on the client's web sites.
Scheduling: Most Floor Plan drawing
and measurements will be scheduled the same day as
photographs. However, due to the size of larger
properties, it may be necessary to schedule a second
day to complete the floor plan information. This will
be discussed at the time you order your service.
If
you have access to the model floor plan of the home,
or the original architectural drawings or blueprints
of a custom home, they can be
very useful in depicting more accurate floor plans**
for your listing.
Please provide those to Real
Estate Tours Online when possible. Original blueprints
will be scanned and returned to you within 24 hours.
Web-ready property tour will be ready for proofing
within 5-7 working days after service appointment.
Tour will not be linked to MLS, Realtor.com, etc.
until tour is reviewed and approved by client. Any
changes made to the tour after proofing may cause a
delay of 1-3 business days before tour is revised and
ready to launch.
GENERAL
Each client ordering Real
Estate Tours Online Services warrants that it has full
right and authority to engage the services of
and to provide
with
the Property Information.
and
the client shall jointly own all content created
through the use of the
Services.
As
uses
email, on an almost exclusive basis, to provide
Services, client ordering
Services consent to receiving email from
with
respect to the
Services.
To assure the value of
services, client ordering
Services agree that all of the Property Information
client has provided or will provide to
,
whether online or otherwise, is accurate and complete
and client agrees that client will refrain from
impersonating or falsely representing your affiliation
with any person or entity.
reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to
client's floor plans and/or the
Services if
receives complaints that such floor plans are
inaccurate or misleading.
Service Fees.
Pricing is based on the Approximate Measured Area of
the property under roof, which may include attached
garages, finished or unfinished basements, etc. The
Service Provider will NOT measure and draw porches,
decks, guest houses, pools, and other areas of the
property not under roof unless you specifically
request it to be measured and drawn. In this case,
these areas may increase the total Approximate
Measured Area and the fee you pay since that adds to
the total area measured. Please note, you may also ask
the Service Provider to NOT measure and draw certain
areas, at your discretion, such as the unfinished
basement. Please specify your request when ordering
RETO services.
A base fee applies up to
the first 2,500 square feet and additional fees apply
for each 1,000 square feet thereafter, depending on
the product and service type selected. In addition, a
difficulty surcharge may apply for architecturally
challenging properties. You will also be charged for
Realtor.com linking and other add-on products or
services, as you requested on the order form.
A Second Trip Charge may
be assessed if you request additional areas of the
floor plan to be measured and drawn at a date after
the initial field work has been completed. A Second
Trip Charge may also be assessed if you request
additional areas of the floor plan to be measured and
drawn, and/or additional photographs taken, at a date
after the initial field work has been completed.
Examples (not inclusive) of when a Second Trip Charge
will be assessed are as follows:
- The property is not
“show ready” for pictures and the decision has been
made to delay shooting photos for that day.
- Weather conditions,
such as rain, has caused you to request the Service
Provider to return to the property another day. In
this case, you may want to postpone the appointment.
- No one is at the
property at the scheduled time to let the Service
Provider in to do the work for the order (if they
need access).
- Agent or property
owner fails to notify the Service Provider of any
changes to the appointment time.
The Second Trip Charge
is currently $150 per occurrence, but please note the
fee may be higher in certain areas.
Payment Methods:
All fees and/or additional charges for your Tour are
due and payable
on the day of your scheduled appointment, and must be
paid before services begin. Real Estate Tours Online
currently accepts major credit cards including Visa,
MasterCard and American Express, Paypal, and checks.
*You may cancel an order any time up to 24 hours
of any scheduled appointment time. If you cancel
within the 24 hour period of your
appointment, a cancellation fee of $75 will apply. No
refunds will be allowed once a service provider visits
the property. If you have any questions about our
policies, please call or email us with your concerns.
*Cancellation Policy:
If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please
give us 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fee of
$75.

ARE NOT INTENDED TO BE, NOR SHOULD THEY BE RELIED ON

RENDERINGS OF A FLOOR PLAN BY A LICENSED, PROFESSIONAL
ARCHITECT, ENGINEER OR OTHER SIMILAR PROFESSIONAL.
IS NOT
RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS OR OMISSIONS

OF THE PROPERTY.
Obligations of
Client
Client agrees that:
- Client is of legal age
and otherwise capable of forming a legally binding
contract, and Client has obtained all necessary
permissions to participate in, purchase and use Real
Estate Tours Online Services;
- All Property
Information is accurate and complete and that Client
will maintain and promptly update such Property
Information supplied to
to
ensure accuracy at all times;
- Client has complied,
and will comply, with all legal, licensing and
regulatory requirements with respect to the use by
Ckient of the
Services;
- User agrees to be
contacted via Email or other forms of communication
by
regarding
’s
services;
- Client has secured and
will maintain any required supervising broker’s
authorization or property owner authorization, and
payment of a fee that will be incurred by virtue of
your use of the
service;
- In order to produce a
User-branded presentation from the
Service (if ordered) Client hereby grants
permission to e-mail or display the Client's contact
information, name, agent photographs (if supplied),
colors, text, logos and other elements of the look
and feel of the Client's web site and such other
information as may be supplied by Client to
Real Estate Tours
Online.
